Towne Kids Reaches 300 Nurses Deployed: Meet Angielyn Manalili
The Road to 300 is complete. Towne Kids has officially reached its 300th Filipino nurse deployed to the United States, and her name is Angielyn Manalili.
Not Alone in This Journey
At a recent Towne Kids event, Nurse Angielyn shared an inspiring message with fellow nurses still waiting for their own moment. Her words were simple but powerful. Do not give up, your time will come.
For many Filipino nurses still in the waiting stage of their USRN journey, that message lands differently coming from someone who lived through the exact same uncertainty. Angielyn did not have an easy or fast path to deployment. Instead, she experienced one of the most difficult parts of the process firsthand, and she chose to speak openly about it.

What Gave Her the Confidence to Choose Towne Kids
When asked what gave her the confidence to choose Towne Kids, Angielyn pointed to something that many nurses say matters most during a long and uncertain process. Consistent communication and transparency.
In her own words, from the beginning, Towne Kids provided guidelines, answered her questions, and made sure she was not alone in the journey. However, the real test of that support came when retrogression happened.
Angielyn admitted that she lost hope at that point. Visa retrogression is one of the hardest parts of the EB-3 process for Filipino nurses, often stretching timelines far beyond what anyone expects. However, she also shared something that stood out. It was not her who had to keep chasing updates. It was the Towne Kids staff who stayed eager to follow up, consistently and responsively, even while she was losing hope.
She wanted to specifically acknowledge those efforts. The team did not disappear during the hardest part of her journey. They stayed present.
Her Message to Nurses Still Waiting
Angielyn’s advice to nurses currently in the process is grounded in something she lived through herself, not something she read or was told to say.
She encouraged nurses to be more patient and trust the process. Beyond that, she emphasized continuing to prepare professionally and personally for what she called a life changing opportunity. According to Angielyn, the waiting time is genuinely challenging, but she encouraged nurses to remember the first reason they applied in the first place.
Her closing message was simple. Pray that your time will come at the right time and in the right place.
What the 300 Milestone Represents
Reaching 300 deployed nurses is more than a number for Towne Kids. It represents 300 individual journeys, each shaped by its own version of waiting, doubt, and eventual breakthrough. Angielyn’s story happens to be the one that completed that count, but her experience reflects what many nurses before her also went through.
At Towne Kids, true compassion means empowering every nurse to rise in their own time, guiding them with patience, and celebrating each milestone together. Angielyn’s journey is proof that perseverance, paired with the right support, leads to dreams fulfilled.
The Road Continues
As Towne Kids continues to grow, the company is already looking ahead to its next milestone. For every Filipino nurse currently waiting for their priority date to become current, or still preparing for the NCLEX, Angielyn’s story is a reminder that the process, however long, has already worked for 300 nurses before you.
Your moment will come.
