Meet Me In Towne 2026: A Day of Milestones, Stories, and Connections for Filipino Nurses
On June 2, 2026, Towne Kids brought its Filipino nurses together once again for Meet Me In Towne 2026 at Astoria Plaza Manila. However, this gathering was about more than just training. It was a celebration of how far every nurse in that room has come and a reminder of how far they can still go.

Learning, Stories, and Connections in One Room
The energy inside Astoria Plaza on June 2 was something every nurse in attendance will remember. Every nurse in that room had already signed their contract with Towne Kids and was actively preparing for their deployment to New Jersey. Furthermore, some nurses were patiently waiting for their priority date to become current amid ongoing retrogression, a challenge that Towne Kids continues to navigate alongside them. Among those in attendance was Nurse 300, a milestone figure in the Towne Kids Road to 300 journey, who would go on to successfully deploy to New Jersey just two weeks after the event.
Furthermore, the day was designed to do three things at once: educate, inspire, and connect. As each milestone was celebrated and each story was shared, one message became clear throughout the entire event. As a Filipino nurse pursuing the American Dream, you are never alone in this journey. The Road to 300 milestone markers framed the event. These markers have become a signature part of Towne Kids celebrations. More importantly, they reminded every nurse that they belong to something larger than a single shift or patient.

Celebrating Each Milestone on the Road to 300
Meet Me In Towne 2026 took place against the backdrop of one of the most significant milestones in Towne Kids history. With over 289 Filipino nurses already deployed to New Jersey, the Road to 300 is within reach. Moreover, events like this remind every nurse still in the process that the finish line is closer than it feels.
Each nurse in that room represents a decision, a sacrifice, and a dream that Towne Kids has committed to making real. Because of that commitment, the 70 percent contract renewal rate among deployed nurses is not a number, it is a reflection of nurses who arrived, settled in, and chose to stay.
With Towne Kids, Every Step of the Way
At Towne Kids, support does not end at deployment. In addition to clinical training and visa sponsorship, events like Meet Me In Towne 2026 are part of how Towne Kids stays present in the lives of its nurses before, during, and after they reach the United States.
As each milestone is celebrated and the community grows stronger, one thing remains constant. Towne Kids is here for every Filipino nurse, every step of the way.
