MEDICAL & ENGLISH TEST SPONSRSHIP

We’ll take care of your Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME), fully sponsored by Towne Kids. We’ll also cover your English test, or reimburse you if you’ve already completed it. Our goal is to make sure you’re ready and confident for the next stage.

PAPERWORK & LICENSURE

We’ll handle the petition filing and guide you through the CGFNS Visa Screen Application. At the same time, we’ll support you in securing your state licensure. This step ensures all your professional documents are in order for your move abroad.

VISA APPLICATION & INSURANCE

Towne Kids will sponsor your visa application and extend support for your dependents’ visas if you choose to bring your loved ones with you. We also provide insurance coverage. We want you to feel secure and supported as you prepare for your deployment.

CLINICAL TRAINING & PRE-DEPARTURE PREPARATION

You will first complete online pediatric training, followed by onsite clinical training scheduled on or before your U.S. Embassy interview. Both sessions will be guided by our chief nurse trainer to ensure you are fully prepared. In addition, you will attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), where you’ll receive practical tips and insights to help you adjust smoothly to life in the United States.

How long will the process take?

The timeline depends on the movement of the U.S. Visa Bulletin. Typically, petition approval takes around one year. With retrogression, the entire process may take approximately two to three years. Take your NCLEX now to start securing your priority date.

Do you process license transfers?

Yes, we process U.S. state license transfers. If your license is from Canada or Australia, you will need to handle the score transfer independently.

Do you accept NCLEX Australia or Canada?

We only accept the U.S. NCLEX. If your license is from Canada or Australia, you will need to handle the score transfer independently.

Is visa sponsorship available for dependents?

Towne Kids provides full sponsorship for nurses only. We can assist you in filing your dependents’ visas together with yours. The good news is we offer a signing bonus that includes one free dependent visa.

When will I receive my priority date?

You will receive your priority date within six months of passing the final interview, provided all requirements are submitted without complications.

Will I be accepted if I have a long gap in bedside experience?

Yes. Towne Kids does not require bedside experience, and you will not be asked to return to bedside practice before we process your application. We also offer a Clinical Training Program to prepare you.
